      To be honest I do, I've dun the carbs before etc a meal made no real difference for me , I just feel fresh earlier I go the better. And for my current goals it's working out great , once I start cycle soon! I'll probably throw a protein shake in before training to stop any muscle breakdown at all just in case

      At the end of the day i do not believe all the garbage about having to eat right before or after you train. If you are eating correctly then there is always food in your digestive track giving your body the nutrients that it needs. Keep doing what is working!!!!

      5.75 oz grilled chicken breast greens and 50 grams cashews. I do take away the carbs at night though. I need them more during the day

      Oh trust me I like my carbs but I just have them with meals 1-4. I like my protein greens and fats for meals 5-8
