I did cross fit during my lunch break and I played tennis at 4pm.
Breakfast was the usual Shakeology and lunch was sardines and a salad.

Trained Calfs , did 3 sets of wide grip chest just for a stretch and wide grip pull ups . And 25 mins cardio
breakfast ; 10 egg whites 1 full with tomato , challots, onion + protein shake
