Kubes think I'm gonna have to throw in some carb meals I'm getting real tired during the day to falling asleep. Apart from waking up 5 am everyday 7 days a week it's gotta be the carbs true? I'd be literally at 20grams a day only carb sources would be from hummus or sauces I use which be near none.
what ya reken?

Why not try car cycling first. Every other day add in the extra carbs
