      ok guess i'll chime in
      breakfast
      2 eggs one serving of oatmeal and 2 pieces of toast at 0730 11 a.m a cup of chili 3 p.m 1 and a 1/2 cup od sketti 6 30 p.m same thing for sketti hit gym at 8 p.m lets get it on

      shoulder presses 135 5 x 15
      standing flies 15 5 x 15
      shrugs still working the weight out on that one
      then leg press 360 5x15
      squats 150 5 x 10
      leg ext 145 5 x15
      leg curls 100 5 x 10
      calve raise 200 5 x 20
      then crunches

      thanks . still working some weights out but they are going to go up some as I get in better shape had to take some time off . so regretting it but muscle memory will kick in fast .I have to try and fit that in 1 and a half hours so there isn't much time to bs. but who goes to a powerhouse gym to talk anyway lol

      Muscle memory comes back super fast brother. Just keep in mind this is not a 100 meter dash it's a marathon and a lifestyle that we love

      oh absolutely I wish I could get paid to work out all day everyday that's my dream job I am to old for that to happen now . lol I am not trying to dash anywhere lol. I had to have a sit down with the wife over the gym since I gained weight and have not been able to lift for a minute . I was so depressed hate my life and everyone in it . so I sat her down and asked her do you want me to be happy she said yes . so I said I am not happy in my life I need the gym I have to be there its the one place that even though people around may not talk or even look at each other but just know what to do it feels like home and it relaxes me I need the gym .that will make me a happier man and a happy man will take better care of his wife and family . she said go do what you need to do . so me smiling like a kid in a candy store went to powerhouse and very glad I did. oh and I have you guys and this forum to keep me motivated
