I tweaked my back a little yesterday and it was spaming pretty bad. It started calming down last night which is good news. I have a really bad lower lumbar disc and was worried i aggravated it again! If that was the case i would probably be worse today then yesterday so thats good news brothers Going to take it easy today and get back in the gym tomorrow. I will be wearing a weight lifting belt tomorrow just for extra cation!

Yeesh. My dad's having surgery to shave down some of that bone on bone stuff next month.
Hate that feeling in the gym when you know you just tweaked something.
