I tried mr.hyde n i feel like im on crack man haha..most presupps ive takin in past i really get hooked on em so i try not to take as often.but really been tryin alot of different bcaa's brand such as bpi,and i recently finished up that new performix 9:2:2 ratio didnt like flavor so much but felt stronger then ever.am tryin bsn rite now,due to it also havin 10g leucine per scoop hoping it will work well.i noticed if i take my bcaas durin workout, I feel so much stronger..

Trained legs this morning. Had to lay back a bit and do higher rep work since I felt something in my low back go *boing* during deadlifts earlier this week. Definitely going to warm up a lot next back day.

I played tennis on Saturday, did crossfit earlier today and just got back from another hour of tennis.
Breakfast was cottage cheese, lunch was spinach with goat cheese, dinner was a Shakeology.

Nice brother I am not stim sensitive so the Hyde works good for me and keeps me going all day long. Keep up posted how the bcaa's go. A lot of guys talk about doing them intra workout

Db flys
Peck deck superset incline machine press
Cable crossovers
30 minutes low intensity cardio and done

Going to hit some chest and triceps now

DB flys incline
weighted dips
finish up on some cables
then cardio
ran outta food this morning going shopping after gym
had a bowl of baby food veggies pasta beef and a protein shake !
Look into BCAAS AMINO IV
RATIO OF 10:1:1
i feel they do help during workout and since I train fasted spares muscle loss how much I don't know.
