I had one of those workouts were everything was a struggle.I really pushed myself and finished.I just did not enjoy lifting today,Nothing changed on the weight that I normally lift.
Chest day
Hammer strength incline presses 6x10
Dumbbell flies 6x12 into presses for each working set
Life fitness presses to burn out 6x15
Cable crossovers 6x15
30 minutes cardio and done

I took the last 2 days off because I was sick.It was so bad that I didnt get out of bed today.Got up at 6 oclock and started feeling better,will be ready for the gym tomorrow.
