the more I read your sessions I'm starting to think I need to cut down how many different exercises I do and start just increasing the intensity. I've always tried to hit the muscle group from as many angles possible to build them evenly
The only true failure is quitting, any other attempt is practice!

The way I'm doing it now is called hit training. Your first set is as intense as the last. By the time your done the volume of work is less but you have nothing left in the tank if you take each set to true failure FYI I'm the biggest I've ever been right now

I'm gonna have to research it some, October 1st is my next change up to my routine, this month is mixed sets heavy exercise followed by high rep fast pace
The only true failure is quitting, any other attempt is practice!

Changing things up every 4-6 weeks is key as your body is going to adjust to what your doing. Your on the right track brother
