Gonna start picking back up on cardio next week, cut down on calories, seen myself on the news tonight for a call I ran today, I got to trim down the waist, not real happy about how it, didn't look fat, just too thick in the waist , most of it is my uniform shirt cause I got to get it so big to fit the shoulders and have it tailored down, then wearing a safety vest didn't help
The only true failure is quitting, any other attempt is practice!
