ya man ill definetly post up ... im waiting for my text book from.nasm to arrive so.I can start.my personal trainer courses . really excited about it man I am right now at 5"10 245 lbs running a pretty good stack and a little slin for the first time to clarify its my first time to use slin not aas .

Looks like I'm finally gonna retire my 160 gig iPod classic. I picked up the iPod nano today and its so much smaller still holds a ton of music and the battery life is sick. It has a nice radio as well. Pretty sweet device my only regret is not doing it sooner
