seated shoulder presses 5x15
reverse hammer pull downs 5x20
side lateral raises 5x15
seated close grip pull downs 5x12
seated front lateral raises 5x10

dumbbell shrugs drop sets 5x10x10x25 each working set
30 minutes cardio and done

hammer strength incline presses 5x15

cable crossovers drop sets 5x15 and another 15 each set
30 minutes cardio and done
Back and bi's today
Close grip pull downs 5x10 each set with 2 drop sets of ten for each working set
Reverse grip hammer pull downs 5x12 with 2 more drop sets same as above
Wide grip pull downs 5x20
Preacher dumbbell curls 5x12
Seated rows 5x15
Standing curls 5x12
One arme ISO curls ten reps each arm and then another ten both arms together to burn out 5 working sets
35 minutes cardio and done

I have not been working out.I pulled my tricep,Its been 3 days and going to try light weight Monday.

Yes sir,I have been doing cardio and some legs.It is really hard to go to the gym and not able to lift upper body.
