You have to have balance I get it. At my house we have to eat separate cause there is no way the family is gonna eat what I eat

A lot depends on your goals brother. If your dieting down for a show then you have to be super strict. If your bulking or just dieting well then that's different but i like to be extreme you know

Well to your point, everything we do/eat is goal driven. I think that's a very personal thing. One can diet as if they're prepping for a show regardless of whether or not they are actually going to be in a show. Maybe that is the person's goal, irrespective of whether or not they will actually be in a show. I take you to be a very diligent, dedicated person; therefore, your approach to everything you do will reflect that. I think it's awesome!
