superset wide grip hammer and decline hammer chest 5x12 each with each set being a drop set for 10 additional reps each working set.
dumbbell fly's 5x12 into dumbell presses for 8 more reps each set
peck deck 5x12
cable crossovers 5x15
30 minutes cardio and done!

dumbbell preacher curls 6x15
seated hammer strength tricep push downs 6x15
seated arm curls 6x12
rope pull downs 6x20
phil heath style seated arm curls 10 reps each arm and 10 more reps together 30 reps each working set 6 sets
