Me to,I can over train easily.When I over train I get weaker and stay sore.When I start feeling this way I take a few days off.

I actually sleep better when I do not workout.

Close grip pull downs 5x10
reverse hammer strength pull downs each set was a drop set stripping weight off 5x12x3
preacher dumbbell curls 5x15
wide grip pull down 5x25
seated hammer curls 5x15
seated rows 5x12
burn out curls one arm at a time for 10 reps and then both together for another 20 reps 5 set
30 minutes cardio and done
Back and shoulders for me later today.
