Behind the neck pressed 5x12
Ez bar curls inside grip 5x10
Tricep push downs 5x15
Seated dumbbell curls 5x20
35 minutes cardio and done

I always do squats last,my legs feel like rubber bands when I am through with them.
I am going to look for a good diet.I need everything from carbs ,calories and protein to what I am going to eat spread out meals during the day and of course what to eat.I will start on it tonight and show it to you tomorrow Kubes.
