      Prime example that we're all different. I'm the exact opposite. I need to be up for a while, get the blood flowing before working out. I typically try to get my workout in during lunch. I do feel that working out during the day sets me for better sleep at night as opposed to working out at 5pm.

      I used to train at lunch but its to hard to get it done in an hour shower and get back to work with the lunch crowd in my gym. I have to admit it was nice when I used to do it that way as it really opened up my days

      There is actually not much of a crowd at my gym during lunch so it works out good in my case.
