Yes, you do have them quite regularly
I like them too. In fact, I intend to replace brown rice with sweet potato totally and add chick peas as my other carb source. Brown rice just seems too starchy for my taste and leaves me feeling overly full and bloated

I think it's a good idea. Sweet potato will actually leave you less bloated then rice

Will do as well. I actually have to buy them by the pound as our stores do not offer them in bags, but at $0.79 - $0.99 per pound they aren't too expensive at all.
