      It's nice to use the hammer strength machines cause I can go to total failure and not need a spotter or worry about getting hurt/stuck. I don't like training with a partner anymore just my iPod

      Killing it as usual brother. Nice workout!!

      I saw an Oregon shirt today that said "Your workout is my warmup" I almost had to buy that shirt to wear at the gym but i didn't.... Lol. Thanks for the compliment brother helps me stay motivated and focused

      Squats 5x12

      Leg press lighter weight 5x12 on my own and had a spotter help with 8 more reps every set.

      Leg extensions 5x20

      Leg curls 5x20

      Lunges across the gym up the stairs into jump squats 3 sets

      Killed it with one leg wall sits to failure 3 sets

      30 minutes cardio and done
