      Pre workout mr Hyde post training s'mores quest bar

      Wide grip hammer strength lat pull downs parse reps 8 forced with pause 2 warm 2 working sets

      Seated rows same as above no warm up

      Incline revers pull downs

      Db bent over rows

      Lower back extension

      Snuck in calf raises between sets

      30 minutes cool down cardio and done
