      Got my HCG!The powder is freeze dried to the bottom of the vial.Do I mix all of the sodium chloride in the vial?

      Had a good workout today for having a bum leg.

      Dumbbell bench-6 sets/10

      Preacher curls-6 sets/10

      Machine tricep push downs 6 sets/10

      Machine biceps curls 6 sets/10

      Machine pec flies 6 sets/10

      Short and sweet,stopped because leg was inflamed.

      I would use bac water instead. It will last 90 days kept in the fridge before loosing potency.

      Well really it depends on how much bac water you reconstitute your hcg with. How many iu are in the vial you have?

      Dumbbell fly's 2x12 3x8

      Cable crossovers 6x15

      35 minutes cardio and done
