I measure and weigh everything out before I eat or drink it. Otherwise I would have no idea how many calories I'm consuming or any of my macros.

Good morning Kubes, I wish my diet was as clean as yours but I'm a carb addict.
I did crossfit and 45 min of treadmill earlier.
Breakfast was cherry tomatoes and Cheddar on gluten free crackers, lunch was Cheddar on toast again and an apple, snack was a protein cookie with a tbsp peanut butter.
