Good morning Kubes.
I did the upper body earlier.
Breakfast was light cream cheese on Turkish bread and superfruits, lunch was the rest of the light cream cheese with walnuts, snack was 1 tbsp peanut butter.

Its one of my off days and I just had McDonalds cheat meal of a QP w/ cheese, freis, diet soda and finished it off with a vanilla ice cream cone!
