      I did cardio, push ups, weighted dips and abs today.

      Breakfast was a handful walnuts and an apple, lunch was goat cheese and walnuts.

      Reverse grip Hammer strength pull downs 2 feel sets 2 working sets to fail and then 8 forced reps from my spotter

      Seated rows same as above

      Wide grip lat pull downs

      Bent over rows

      Cable reverse flies

      Lower back extensions

      45 minutes low intensity cardio and Mp combat bar post training
