Good morning Kubes.
I did crossfit today.
Breakfast was Philadelphia cream cheese on Turkish bread and an apple, lunch was broccoli and goat cheese.

Good morning Kubes.
I did cardio and legs today.
Nreakfast was an apple, Philadelphia cream cheese on a slice of bread and a Greek yogurt with chia seeds, lunch was 75cl of homemade soup (1 parsnip, 2 carrots, 1 small potato, garlic) and one slice of bread with a small slice goat cheese.
