Good morning Kubes.
I did cardio and played tennis today.
Breakfast was an apple and ricotta cheese, lunch was half a sweet potato, a handful of spinach and half an apple with some walnuts and grated goat cheese, snack was an Activia yoghurt with chia seeds.
