Every Sunday in my gym at 12pm we train Legs. Today was heavy hamstrings.*warm up set, high reps... LEG PRESS 3 plates per side 100 reps, legs high and wide, knees almost to chest. the Lying leg curl 50 reps at 80 lbs. Standing legcurls focusing on the bicep femoris 25 per leg, squeezing at the top, hold for 2 counts. the floor press on smith machine, feet positioned wide, full range of motion 50 reps, 3 plates per side, 45lbs plates. First set warm up, next 3 worksets heavy load @ 10 to 12 reps per set, only looking for the squeeze and pause. Finishing with some stiffs deads 50reps

light weight..all about the stretch
For breakfast this morning I had 3 cups of jasmine rice and 8oz of chicken, that what I like to eat, no dieting, its easy to eat, that was 630 this morning.
