Happy Friday Kubes
I did legs today.
Breakfast was an apple, walnuts,,gember and raisins, lunch was spinach with grated Parmesan, dinner was a double scooped Shakeology and an Activia yoghurt.

Down 17lbs!!!?? Good job dude! I'm up 7lbs from eating like a cow since thanksgiving. Today is my first day back on meal plan since thanksgiving. To hell with holidays! Thanksgiving wasn't even worth it. I always end up hating myself...then derailing myself and progress...and hating myself even more. Would be better off not going off my meal plan for any reason except a planned cheat meal because apparently that's all I can handle without going off the rails and hog wild.

I have never felt like the food for thanksgiving or Christmas is worth a cheat. I don't crave cheat meals much but a burger once a month or nachos .... Well that's what I crave for a cheat meal
