      Standing military press- 4 sets of 10, 1 set of 7 PR
      Shoulder shrugs w/ long bar- 5 sets of 10 PR
      Dead lifts- 3 sets of 10, 2 sets of 8 PR
      Gym was busy from all the new year resolution people so workout was short but a good one. All PR's today!

      Great arm blast today. Did my preworkout neon and blasted the arms to the max! Finished off with40 minutes cardio.

      Switched hands around on lat pulls- 3 sets of 10 1 set of 8
      Shoulder shrugs with 45 lbs [new exercise]- 5 sets of 10
      Bent over rows- 4 sets of 9
      Quad presses- 6 sets of 10
      Ab machine 4 sets of 40
