Yes sir, like consume food like clock-work. My phone alarms me when to eat, every 3 hrs. LOL
I'm about 85% dialed-in on the diet. Gonna be 100% by March 1st.

Keep up on working those legs and doing cardio brother Get it posted in here. I worked back today will post up the training session after work today. It was brutal in a good way

Shredded the shoulders today
seated hammer strength presses 5x12 super set dips
side lateral raises holding each rep at the top for 2 sec 5 x 20 super set skull crushers
front lateral raises same as above super set hammer strength push downs
shrugs 5 x30 super set tri kick backs
reverse peck deck 5 x 20
40 minutes cardio and done

Chest day today
Started with Hammer strength bench Press Heavy 5 x 12 super set slow and controlled weighted dips
Incline free weight fly's holding each rep andthe strech point and the top of the contraction to get the squeeze and burn 70 lb dumbbells 5 x 12 super set rope pull downs sqeezing out and holding the bottom of the contraction
Free motion fitness incline and decline fly's into presses 5x12 incline 5 x 12 decline super set skull crushers
40 minutes cardio and done for the day

Legs friday
5×12 leg press superset 5×12 leg extensions
5×20 hack squats had to go light cuz of shoulder issue so it was about getting a great pump in quads.
5×12 leg curls superset 5×12 seated leg curls.
20 min walking on tread mill.
