Yeah that's it , I'm taken 100mcg of clen daily to keep the heart rate up , but yeah on those days I will just throw sum cardio better than overtraining and wrecking myself..
I've built up to it from 20 mcg feels fine to be honest ...
I've seen guys work there way to 120 mcg but 50 is plenty for me

I'll be getting some t3 shortly , this is my second week on clen I was going to do 2 weeks on 1 week off , but rather run it longer . Your body does get use to the clen . So I'm going to go as high as I can stay there for abit then drop it for a week and restart. Been good so far no cramping or headaches
