I know u eat a good number of bars. Have u tried oh yeah one bars? Fucking amazing! Maple glazed donut, white choco raspberry, and bday cake. All awesome and 1g sugar. Great texture too

I did fasted cardio and weights today.
Breakfast was Weetabix protein, a grapefruit and a double Nespresso. Lunch was homemade guacamole on crackers.
