Good day Kubes.
I did fasted cardio and shoulders today.
Breakfast was Weetabix protein and a double Nespresso, lunch was 2 Marmite rice cakes with 2 slices cheddar cheese and walnuts, snack was a couple of crackers with a tsp natural peanut butter.

Hey everyone. Wife and I took some time and went to the mountains for a getaway. Back to the grind today!
Legs:
4 sets squats
3 sets leg extensions super set with front squats
4 sets seated calf raises
4 sets side lying leg curls.
Done!!

The wife has a small tear in her left rotator cuff and cortisone injections help her. I would imagine they would definitely help you as well.

Man i sure hope its improving so slow and the pain is localizing but the pain keeps changing. IDK if that is good or bad?
