Good morning Kubes.
I did fasted cardio and bodyweight exercises today.
Breakfast was 2 small slices cottage cheese on protein crackers and a double Nespresso, lunch was an avocado, snack was a ginger bread with a tsp natural peanut butter.

Chest day:
3 sets flat bench w/ 2 drop sets on last
3 sets incline bench super set w/ incline hammer strength and 2 drop sets on last
3 sets low grip cable flies super set w/ seated machine press

Protein shake trained back and shoulders today heavy back work and more movements for the shoulders just to keep them loosened up. Shoulders felt good in the gym today
