Good morning!....yesterday i had a liverwurst on rye with Swiss and tomato and raw onion with mustard..been at least 20 years...its packed with goose liver and various animal parts leftover after butchering...and packed with cholesterol!
This morning.. 1 banana and 5 whites 1 till with spinach.
Will eat 1 c of oats with pro powder at 9 am then I have to work till 1230 or 1.
Then it's lunch and then I'm going mountain biking (possibly in the rain )
