I was going to train back today but it was too nice out and these nice days are running out fast so did some Mt biking for 45 min and burned about 250 cals.
Back his shoulders and tris tomorrow...i promise

So I assume you train at your max leading up to this busy time of year and then when you have to work like this it's a rest for you.?

Exactly my body is ready for a few days of rest. You don't really loose anything takes some time off if your training correctly
