      Good morning Kubes.

      I did fasted cardio and bis/tris yesterday and fasted cardio and shoulders today.

      Breakfast was a Weetabix protein, an apple, a tsp peanut butter and lunch was fresh goats cheese with walnuts and a chilly tomato spread.

      Close grip seated rows

      Bent over rows

      Lower back extensions

      Lawn mower pulls

      Cable pull downs

      25 minutes cardio and done

      Nice workout...you must workout in one of those hardcore gyms cause they allow lawn mowers inside!

      Landmine shoulder press
      Arnold press
      DB flat bench
      Dips
      Skullcrusher
      V bar cable tri push downs
      Pec Dec
      1 arm cable tri ext
      Push ups

      Lol... it is though it's nice and run down like a gym branch warren trains in. No heat no a/c but it's huge with a ton of equipment, no stereo just a boom box and no tv's either. Just a bunch of hard core people training
