      Shoulders = front/side lateral raises, cables, overhead dumbbell presses
      post workout 6oz tenderloin and 3/4 cup white rice, carrots and cauliflower...

      I did fasted cardio and bodyweight exercises today.

      Breakfast was a Bramley apple, a slice gluten free fruit loaf with goats cheese and walnuts, lunch was home made spicy parsnip soup with bread and Lancashire cheese.
