I been doing it so long it’s second nature. I don’t count calories. I eat 35-40 grams protein meals 1-5 40 grand carbs meals 1-5 no extra fats and meal 6 is protein 35-40 grams with greens

Really enjoyed my last couple rest days. Got extra sleep and let my body recover. Looking forward to getting back I the gym tomorrow
