      Chest day- First workout 12pm incline bench press 4 sets of 10 reps give or take
      reg bench press 3 sets of 10 reps 3 sets of dips 10 reps
      cable cross overs 4 sets of 15 reps

      2nd workout 7 pm dips 3 sets of 10
      pec dec flyes 4 sets of 12 reps
      dumbbell bench 3 sets of 10
      tricep push down 3 sets of 12

      Good morning Kubes

      I did fasted cardio today.

      Breakfast was a cucumber sandwich (protein bread), lunch was a cucumber salad, fresh goats cheese and another slice of protein bread, dinner was Kefir and Shakeology.
