Good day Kubes.
I did fasted cardio and weights earlier.
Breakfast was Philadelphia lactose free cream cheese with pecans on Ezekiel bread, lunch was home made guacamole on another slice Ezekiel bread toast.

A huge ass 1 lb hamburger with blu cheese lettuce and tomato

Unsweetened lemonade
I’ve lost most of the weight, but I’m gonna still eat clean. I started Deca and test e last week to spin up, Monday I’m changing to tren, mast and test for 8 weeks, then back to Deca and test
