      Decline bench
      Flat bench
      Flat dumbbell flyes
      Flat dumbbell press
      Incline dumbbell flyes change chair position each set 6 total sets
      Incline dumbbell press change chair position each set 6 total sets

      1 hour cardio outside! Finally got to go outside to walk/run! It was so nice

      Protein, powder peanut butter, oatmeal shake
