Yea I eat plenty of carbs right now. Oats, sweet and red potatoes, rice. I don’t measure anything as of now but my wife helps keep up with it and is a killer cook- damn lucky.
if I’m training heavier or big body parts I eat the majority of my carbs pre and post workout. When I hit 260 I’m gonna keto again and lean up.
I do my fasted cardio in the morning and weight train late at night usually 9pm.
