      I just started a similar cycle..Test E weeks 1-15 @500, deca weeks 1-12 @ 600, dbol 1-7 @50...I have some eq on hand that I was going to save for another cycle but what is the benefit of adding it to the end of this one? I'm 41 and been using since I was 25 but this is my first real cycle in about 3 years

      For me, EQ just adds another dimension to the cycle after I halt the Deca. I feel great pumps and am more vascular when using EQ. EQ just takes awhile to hit my system, but when it does, I love it. I wouldn't wait to run it at the end though, I would start now because it takes a lot longer to get working and run it for at least 16 weeks ( I like 600 mgs wk but others I've seen run higher). The gains, at least for me, seem to remain even when "off" cycle, which makes it one of fave substances. I have since dropped taking the anadrol ( I was splitting doses in half anadrol/Dbol 25/30 split every day), but don't like the headaches from the drol. I have upped my Dbol to 50 mgs a day split into 2 doses/day (morning/preworkout). I havn't been able to do much training due to the stitches in my hand, but hope to start on Monday after the stitches are removed. I will post more when this occurs. You should start a post in here too as we all enjoy reading how each other is doing while on cycle! Good luck bro!

      Figured i would post an update...I just started week 2 and not much new to report...I am definitely starting to feel the dbol kick in but not much else going on...not that I expect anything yet. Biggest thing is the insomnia...for some reason I sleep like shit when on dbol! Training each body part once per week and working out 4x per. Need to step up the cardio though..have not done any in a couple of weeks.

      Ok..quick update. Loving the deca. I have never run it before but I feel awesome on it..just ended the dbol kicker (4 weeks) and thinking of adding some tren a for a few weeks. Strength is up...did 315 for 6 reps Friday and was struggling getting two before. Extending this one 20 weeks and will stop the deca at 15, haven't decided what to run with the test the last 5 weeks. I took a pic from 1st week and 4th week for motivation. If I can get the balls to post them, and figure out how, I will
