Tri's
V Bar pulldown -- 40x12.50x10,60x8,70x6
Kickbacks -- 30x12,35x10,40x8,45x6
Dips -- 3 sets of bodyweight x 15,12,10, 1set w/45 plate attached x 8
I go to the whirlpool or dry sauna after.hit the showers and go home to eat.
