      Thanks Kubes! It seemed like a mistake on the scale this morning. Lol. I weigh in every M-F so will be interesting to watch it this week and see if it was just an anomaly. I was hoping for 1/2 lb since Friday, and ended up with 4!!

      I do every day Monday through Friday. Same time and conditions each day. I know it's overkill, but I feel better seeing small day to day changes in either direction rather than having a long lag between weigh-ins and getting my hopes up.

      Yeah...that's the "smarter" approach. But I've found that waiting a week between weigh-ins in the past sets me up for feeling disappointed if the progress I'm hoping for isn't there. The everyday approach can be frustrating for some, I'm sure, but for me the smaller daily changes level out the anticipation when you're looking for a particular number. I've learned a big part of all this stuff is the psychology of keeping yourself motivated.

      Correct really the weight on the scale doesn't matter. Judge your gains by how you look in the mirror and how your clothes fit. The weight is just a bonus if you are going in the right direction which I am sure you are
