Thanks man....yeah, you know I think I'm also kinda doing the log for some accountability. Sometimes you know what you're doing right, and you know what you're doing wrong in your head...but you just need somebody to say it to you to confirm and to get you to stop questioning yourself and to get out of your own way.

Gearing up for pin #2 tomorrow! I had a buddy do it for me the first time....went smoothly, except I've been dealing with a bruised feeling that came on about 12 hours afterwards and is still here. I guess that's the pip...not too bad, just annoying and I'm ready for it to be gone. LOL.
My buddy's gonna be there to walk me through pin #2 as I do this one myself.....then I'll be all on my own starting with #3. Definitely feels better to have someone helping me along, and to have had him do that first one so I know how it feels and what to expect.
Started the T-bol on Sunday as well...decided on 50mg, 20mg in the morning and 30mg before my workout. Not sure what to expect from it....I know the test won't kick in for 3 or 4 weeks, but I've heard varying reports on the t-bol. Some people say it takes a couple of weeks, and some people say they feel it in a couple of days. I'm hoping I start feeling it soon, since that's the whole reason for me to do it....to get a jump start.
So far, I'm peeing a lot (but I'm also drinking more water than usual). And my butt hurts from the pip. But that's about it. I feel like I might be more focused in the gym, especially a little more endurance and focus toward the end of my workouts, but I'm sure that's just the psychological effect of knowing I'm finally running my cycle after so much time planning and wanting to make sure I'm getting the most out of it. Bad news is that my libido seems way down. Don't know why that would have happened so soon (if at all) but I'm hoping it rebounds fast. Looking forward to some t-bol pumps and some t-bol and test horniness!
In diet news....I tried Ezekiel bread at Kubes's recommendation. I haven't yet tried plywood or sawdust, but I imagine that would taste better. ;-P
You need to toast the bread brother. I forgot to tell you that. Part of clean eating does mean giving up some of the things that taste good. Most things that taste good are loaded with sugar and preservatives. Toast the bread and put mustard for sandwiches and I think you will find its not that bad. I eat the muffins every morning with a little butter on them toasted and live them. As far as the libido goes. Are you running an ai? Your estro might be spiking.
