A little intro of myself.... I did 6 years in the Army as an 11b did one tour to Afghansitan, I was in outstanding shape when I got out (little, but outstanding shape lol) I weighed right around 200 at 6'3". I got back and got out of the Army and went through a divorce, struggled with depression, etc.... through the mix of all that I got lazy and gained a SHIT ton of weight, My peak weight was 293 pounds. I knew I had to change my life....
My initial focus was to drop weight PERIOD! I cleaned my diet up and started doing cardio out the wazoo.... I was able to get myself down to the mid 230's that's when I decided to get back into weight training. I was hitting it hard and got introduced into the AAS world, my first cycle simply consisted of 500mg Test E per week.
I am currently on my second cycle and am weighing right at 250 lbs at 13% bf. I am running 300mg Test E. 2x per week, and ran 50mg Dbol for the first 25 days. I also JUST started running a two week on two week of cycle of CLEN. My diet is extremely clean (I'll have to get my nutrition plan and type it out for you guys) I want to keep dropping thay BF% and lean waaaaaay out.

Monday: Back and Biceps
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Chest and Triceps
Thursday: Back and Forearms
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Shoulders
Sunday: Off/ rest day / or workout of choice
I throw 30 minutes of cardio in every night at home as well, I have a stair climber, treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike that I rotate through.
I have found a home here at BoP and am excited to keep this log updated and take in knowledge and advice from you guys (even if I'm doing something wrong) I have brought myself a long long way and have HUGE goals for thus year. Hopefully 2015 brings me big gains as well as all of you! Haha.
