I warned you..
Gym membership, TONS of research on diet, and a major lifestyle overhaul later, and I was dropping 3 pounds a week, but losing ground on maintaining muscle mass. I decided to take lifting to the next level, and hired a trainer. Around this time going to the gym became something of an obsession. Making the change from copying what other guys at the gym were doing to having a structured, focused plan of attack, and correcting form problems made all the difference. And here we are today, about a year later...

I actually ended up 15 pounds more lean mass than I had anticipated, at around 7%, 218. Life is good.
So now, enough of this cutting nonsense, it's time to GROW!
My goals for this cycle are to gain as much mass as possible, while maintaining a reasonable level of body fat. Keeping it simple, and looking for solid, maintainable, clean and lean gains.
Cycle is set up as follows.
Test-E @ 250mg Every 3 Days for 13 weeks
DBol @ 40mg Every Day for first 4 weeks
Adex @ .5mg Every Day for duration of Test, plus one week
Nolva for PCT / Side flareups as needed
HCG to bridge last week of Test into PCT
