MK677 is perfect for bulking. I haven't found anything that puts on immediate mass better then MK.

Chest and triceps
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 5 sets
Chest Press Machine 5 sets
Seated Machine Fly 5 sets
Rope Push Down 6 sets
Preworkout concoction: 15mg sdrol, 25mg winny, 50mg TNE, 2ml synthetine, and 500mcgs GH frag.
Great to be back in the gym. Fasted evening training. It takes some will to train 18hrs fasted. I usually go to bed close to midnight and don't eat till postworkout at 830pm the following day. It's insane that I can still get a decent pump. The Wife and I trained together today. We started with dumbbell presses, then hit a pressing machine, before finishing off chest with some pec flies. Was pretty burnt out. Hit some high rep sets of rope push down to pump the triceps before heading out.
Postworkout had a subway sandwich on wheat with roast beef, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, spinach, cucumbers, and jalapeños.

Lat Pulldown 6 sets
High Row Machine 4 sets
Unilateral Cable Row 4 sets
Lat Pulldown Machine 5 sets

I am destroyed. We trained hard and smart. Got a great pump in. Was out of gas pretty quickly but pushed through. Already feeling beat.
Postworkout meal: chicken burritos with low carb wrap, avocado, cheese, and cilantro. Side salsa (green, very spicy) and a lentil garnish. Very delicious!

I have to admit, the first week I was an asshole. I think we all get that way when hungry. The Wife and I were at each other's necks lol. You just have to mentally understand you're fasting and move on. It helps keeping busy too.

Today's was a steak torta with pinto beans (heated on oven then mashed and used as a spread), lettuce, tomato, queso fresco, avocado, and cilantro. Of course touched up with some salsa verde, my tongues on fire. I had another one a little over half the size of this one after.
