Shoulders today
Seated dumbbell press 5 sets
Rear delt raises 3 sets
Side laterals 4 sets
Hammer strength shoulder press 5 sets
Rear delt fly 5 sets
Barbell shrugs 4 sets
High volume today. I dosed some hgh frag preworkout. I really worked out a nice sweat and great pump. Appetite is back up to normal so had a cheat meal for dinner. I feel a lot stronger then I have ever been, these past 3 weeks on this protocol I have gained a nice amount of strength. Time to up the cardio, will be doing some tomorrow morning.
Ok so I have decided to stop using igf1 des at the moment and am changing the protocol as follows.
-Hexarelin at 100 mcgs with modgrf1-29 at 100 mcgs dosed 2x a day; morning and postworkout.
-T3 at 50 mcgs and tadafil at 12.5mgs dosed in the morning.
-Hgh fragment 176-191 dosed at 500mcgs preworkout and at 250mcgs prebed.
-Melanotan II dosed once a week at 300mcgs.
-PGE1 in various muscles dosed when desired in 10mcg increments.
The main reason I am dropping the igf1 is that I don't want to run any intraworkout carbs. I want to maximize fat loss therefore I decided hgh frag is a better option after trying it preworkout a few times. I decided a hefty dose of 500mcgs preworkout would release a nice amount of fat stores to be burned during training and/or cardio. Prebed another smaller dose of 250mcgs to release more fat stores for fat burning.
I'll report back how I feel on this protocol. I started this today so we'll see how it goes.
Sorry, i forgot to update. Yesterday i took the day off work to take my wife to the doctor, we are on the road to having our second child
We went to the gym in the morning. Therefore I dosed my hgh frag and did 40 mins of fasted cardio on the stairmaster. Man did i sweat bullets, i really feel the frag gets me going. Postworkout I dosed my hexarelin. I'm beginning to get pretty vascular. I need a better camera to take some pics. Even though I have not fully stuck to my diet and have been high on carbs some days, I still am looking leaner everyday. The goal will be to clean up the diet and hammer cardio more as i progress. I believe i have a good chance right now at dropping some serious body fat!

Legs
Leg extensions 2 warmup sets
Hack squats 12 sets
Leg press 4 sets
Standing calf raises 6 sets
Seated leg curls 3 sets
Real high volume day. I fasted almost 25hrs including thru this workout. Only things in me were creatine and aminos. I dosed my hgh frag and some tne/dbol blend preworkout and went to town on my legs. At one point, after the 12 sets of hacks, I felt like I was almost going to vomit. Great pump and good workout!
